By default, customers in Nigeria will see prices in Naira (₦), while customers in the United Kingdom will see prices in Pounds (£), inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on local regulations.

  2. Taxes, customs duties, and import VAT for international orders (including UK) are the responsibility of the buyer, and may be charged separately by local authorities upon delivery.

Products purchased from EllaMo are for personal use only Reselling or redistributing items without express written consent is prohibited.

  • Shipping and Delivery
  1. We currently ship across the United Kingdom. International shipping may be introduced soon. Delivery timelines and shipping fees are provided at checkout.
  2. Oversized or remote-location orders may be subject to additional fees.
  3. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
  4. EllaMo is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

  • Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the
following conditions:

Return Window
  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Item Condition
  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Returns will be refused for items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
Sale Items
  1. Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds.
  2. Exchanges may be made for similar items available in stock and within the price range of the original purchase.
  3. If no suitable replacement is available, store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping
  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  2. A trackable shipping service is recommended, as we are not liable for lost returns without proof of delivery.
Refund Method & Processing Time
  1. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless store credit is applicable (e.g., for sale items).
  3. Notification will be sent once your return is reviewed and processed.
Exchanges
  1. One exchange per item is allowed.
  2. If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
